I’m Holly, a Manitoba-born road trip lover specializing in abandoned photography. Many years ago I started travelling the Canadian backroads looking for abandonment and rusty gold. This prompted my mom to ask each time, “so where’s Holly today?” meaning where is Holly heading off to THIS time?
I’m still out on the backroads, finding historical sites for the Manitoba Historical Society and challenging the idea that I’m going to hurt myself one of these days.
When I’m not out on the road you can generally find me volunteering as the Public Relations Co-Chair with the Pembina Valley Humane Society, spending time with Mr. Where’s Holly (his name is Ben), or binge watching show like It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Brooklyn 99, or Outlander. I’m always thinking about my next road trip, whether it be a few hours on a Sunday or planning a weekend with my abandonment co-horts.
I’m also available for family bookings. I have a different style than a lot of what you see a lot of today so if you want something a bit different or unique I might be your gal. Be sure to take a look at my people gallery. Contact me today!

“Holly is fabulous to work with. She had so many ideas for our family shoot and managed to get my teenage boys to actually enjoy themselves!
“I love Holly’s abandonment photos, and she often provides the back stories. They evoke such emotion that they make me want to cry. Keep up the good work, Holly!”
“Great stuff, Holly! You always have the best shots of the most interesting places on the Canadian prairies.”
